Site Foreman (male or female) – Civil Works / Finishes

Roles to be performed by the selected person shall include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and managing the company’s personnel and subcontractors assigned to him/her on various multi-discipline projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in the execution of set tasks and targets on site.
• Responsible for the provision and coordination of the resources and materials required to execute works.
• Maintain all records related to site works, variations from original works, daily allocation of resources and labour.
• Coordinating and liaising with client’s site representative.
• Executing works cost effectively.
• Be responsible for the safety of project personnel and 3rd parties and implementing Health and Safety regulations.
• Maintaining personnel weekly attendance records, requesting and coordinating manpower, equipment and material requirements on sites.

The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position in the construction industry with a proven track record of supervising and directing the activities of all the different trades in this industry. The candidate should be ready to supervise multiple sites at any given time. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Project Manager.

Carpenters

The selected candidate will be doing joinery and carpentry works on solid wood / veneer / melamine furniture and doors. He / She must be well organised, able to set and operate woodworking machinery as well as work to and follow working drawings and cutting list instructions. The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in this role.
