Position Summary

Realizing all potentials of configure, price, quote (CPQ) excellence leads to reduced process complexity, higher win rates while realizing bigger average offer volumes, as well as lower quotation throughput times while achieving a higher quality in the proposal output.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Manage day-to-day operations as regards to the quotes received (Zendesk, Mail, Calls…)

Answer our customer, do quotations in due time and follow up (preparation, delivery…)

Work alongside with Purchasing and Store Team, to source from local supplier’s items which we may not have in stock

Achieve growth and hit sales targets

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

Make proposals to address clients’ business needs

Create and maintain a tracked calendar for all quotes

Relevant education and at least 3 years of work experience.
