Attard Bros Group, a family owned company with 45 years experience dedicated to the future, located at Ta’ Qali, and providing a variety of quality products and services in retail, construction, joinery and property, is expanding its Leadership Team.

Role

The Group’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be one of the key team players of the Leadership Team to make the new strategy of Sustainability, Quality, Digitalization, Innovation and Product Development happen.

The CMO will be responsible to:

  • Revitalise the Group’s brand identity whilst uplifting the identity of the individual Business Unit brands.
  • Develop marketing strategies and commercial initiatives for the Group and sub-groups targeted to our customers both B2B and B2C, and follow-up closely on their execution.
  • Build, lead and manage the Group’s marketing team to meet the objectives set.
  • Work closely with the Heads of the Business Units to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing.
  • Ensure that the organisation’s message, USPs, vision, values, culture is communicated to all stakeholders.

Experience

A degree in marketing or business administration is preferred. Related certificates a plus.

A 10 years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience, as well as a 3 to 5 years experience in a leadership role would be excellent.

Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management and Digitalisation is a must.
