Position Summary

The Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Officer manage, maintain, and improve an Operational Quality Assurance System that complies with ISO 9001.

He/she develop, obtain, and maintain an operational CE certification.

The Officer assesses, improves and analyse changes to production process to achieve the highest quality product

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Maintain a high level of professional and technical knowhow through seminars/courses/workshops, reviewing profession publications and networking.
  • Be systematic and highly organized in maintaining quality records and related documents.
  • Manage, maintain, and continuously update the Company’s Quality Manual.
  • Regularly Audit procedures and processes.
  • Set and monitor customer service standards.
  • Determine training needs.
  • Provide training to staff to ensure effective implementation of the Quality Assurance Procedures.
  • Review current standards and policies.
  • Provides annual reports on financial expenditure on quality issues and prepare annual budgets.
  • Keep records of quality reports, provide statistical reviews.
  • Ensure all legal requirements are met.
  • Systematically assess processes utilizing established technical models.
  • Identify issues within processes.
  • Propose fixes and improvements.
  • Analyse success and failures of improvements.

Year of Working Experiences  – minimum 5 years

Languages – Written/Spoken – strong communication skills in English
