2- Solid and Hollow Concrete Blocks, Infill Blocks, Lightweight Blocks.
With two lines of production, the plant produces an average of 25,000 bricks per day and boasts offering the widest variety of concrete blocks in Malta. These include, load bearing and non-load bearing hollow concrete masonry blocks, blocks for wall partitions, structural lightweight blocks, insulated blocks, coping stones, roofing blocks, kerb stones and interlocking concrete paving blocks.
Thanks to our large facility and strong production regime, we maintain a level of stock ensuring our product is available any time you need it while being capable of producing and stocking all sizes of blocks from 2.5‘ to 9’ in different variants, this including versions made with lightweight aggregates and recycled materials to reduce the environmental impact of production.
3- Steel reinforcement:

4- Custom and Lightweight Precast.
At Attard Materials, we produce a full range of precast elements—standard and custom—for civil and industrial projects. From lintels and hollowcore slabs to large predalles, our ready-to-install solutions save time and streamline construction.
Our lightweight components reduce load, simplify handling, and boost gross-to-net area ratios—ideal for renovations and extensions. With high durability and sustainable materials, you get performance and compliance in one smart package. Our entire precast range can be produced from eco-friendly concrete and/or expanded clay aggregates, offering strength, durability, and sustainability. 12- Plastering & Finishes:
At Attard Materials we can provide a wide selection of mortars for two-layer plasters and finishes providing satisfactory results, competitive prices as well. Selecting the right mortar ensures lasting finishes and optimal performance across different building needs; while cement mortars are durable and fast-setting, ideal for both interior and exterior walls, Lime mortars are more breathable and flexible, perfect for heritage and restoration work. A blend of lime and cement, offers balanced strength and workability. Gypsum Mortar are chosen for the smooth finish and quick-drying, best suited for dry interior spaces.
13- Screeds:
Modern screeds are the ideal alternative to traditional methods such as "torba", providing a perfectly level and uniform layer of support for flooring. Thanks to the specific characteristics of modern screeds, which can also be reinforced with metal meshes or fibres, they now also perform the important task of “distributing loads” across the lower layers of the floor structure, allowing for the inclusion of plumbing and electrical distribution lines and/or insulation without them being damaged by deformation.
14- Flooring and tiling:
Our Professional Tile Adhesive Range has been sorted with the professional tiler very much in mind. Offering easy to use products with outstanding quality, the range includes all the different types of tile adhesive necessary for installing a large range of tile materials onto any suitable surface. These include tile adhesives for ceramic, porcelain, glass, travertine and marble tiles onto surfaces including concrete screed, plaster and timber. We also propose to a special range of products with special structural strength characteristics such as the fiber-reinforced ones or adhesives with high elastic capacity or intrinsically water-resistant.
15- Paving and landscaping:
Attard Materials, with its production plant, manufactures many different formats of paving blocks that have proven their resistance and versatility over the years in numerous projects across the island. For many years, we have also been manufacturing open-joint paving blocks naturally promoting rainwater runoff, and we have recently developed a type of draining paving that allows rainwater to be evacuated through porosity, a significant achievement in environmental terms for rainwater recovery in the aquifer and for reducing flooding events.
Attard Materials can also supply porous paving for large areas made from coloured crushed stone and specific resins that guarantee rainwater drainage through capillary action, combining remarkable mechanical resistance with aesthetic value. An ideal solution for large paved surfaces that allow rainwater to return to the groundwater, reducing the formation of puddles even on natural paths such as footpaths, driveways and cycletracks.
