Excavation & construction of warehouses & offices in Handaq.
Construction of new warehouses and offices within an existing warehouse complex. Attard Bros Group excavated the vacant plot and built 5 new warehouses at ground floor level with an underlying basement parking with access from the common forecourt.
The construction consisted of load bearing masonry and hollow concrete walls, reinforced concrete elements (columns, beams and slabs) and where necessary pre-stressed concrete slabs (planki) where used.
