Attard Bros was entrusted with the construction of additional floors and alterations in existing town houses in Valletta including installation of services and finishing to a very high standard for the Iniala Harbour House.
The civil works included construction of new floors in Maltese soft stone and various alterations and replacement of damaged structural elements. Consolidation was required in underground vaults and in some areas of the facades, where the building was tied by 32mm anchor bolts.
The building was completed to a designer finish and this included, cleaning, repairing and restoration of existing facades, plastering and painting internally, laying of marble sheets to floors, walls and ceiling and installation of various services such as heat pumps and under floor heating.
